About Jaz Helpers
Every placement we make is a household decision that affects real people on both sides of the arrangement.
Who We Are
Jaz Helpers was started because the process of finding the right domestic helper in Singapore needed to feel less like a transaction and more like proper guidance. Too many families were being rushed into decisions without understanding the full picture.
We do not operate on volume. Every household that comes to us gets a real conversation about what they actually need, whether that is childcare support, eldercare for an elderly parent, housekeeping, or an urgent transfer helper. We then match carefully against that, not against the fastest possible placement. You can see every service we offer and what each one covers.
We are MOM registered under EA Licence 24C2490. We treat every helper we work with as a person, not a listing. That is the only way long-term placements work.

Our Process
Training is the start. This is what happens before we recommend anyone to your household.
Full employment records, references from prior employers, and gap analysis reviewed before anyone is shortlisted.
Childcare, eldercare, and housekeeping require distinct skills. We match against your household's actual requirements.
Language, dietary needs, household rules, and cultural expectations all factor in. Compatibility makes placements last.
We stay involved through the settling-in period and assist with renewals, transfers, and any follow-up needs.
What We Stand For
Costs, timelines, and terms are explained before you commit. Specific information helps you make a good decision. Vague reassurances do not.
A helper who is available fast is not the same as a helper who is right for your home. We take time to understand your household before recommending anyone.
Helpers are not inventory. Long-term placements work when both sides of the arrangement are treated with honesty and care from the very beginning.
Come and See Us
Most of our best placements started with a 20-minute conversation. No commitment required. Just a real discussion about what your household actually needs. If it is easier to start in writing, tell us about your household and we will come back to you.
