Built on the belief that
the right match
changes everything.
Every placement we make is a household decision that affects real people on both sides of the arrangement.
A different kind of agency.
Jaz Helpers was started because the process of finding the right domestic helper in Singapore needed to feel less like a transaction and more like proper guidance. Too many families were being rushed into decisions without understanding the full picture.
We do not operate on volume. Every household that comes to us gets a real conversation about what they actually need, whether that is childcare support, eldercare, housekeeping, or an urgent transfer. We then match carefully against that, not against whoever is fastest to place.
We are MOM registered under EA Licence 24C2490. We treat every helper we work with as a person, not a listing. That is the only way long-term placements work.

How we screen, match, and support every placement.
Training is the start. This is what happens before we recommend anyone to your household.
Background and employment history
Full employment records, references from prior employers, and gap analysis reviewed before anyone is shortlisted.
Care needs alignment
Childcare, eldercare, and housekeeping require distinct skills. We match against your household's actual requirements.
Cultural and household fit
Language, dietary needs, household rules, and cultural expectations all factor in. Compatibility makes placements last.
Support through to renewal
We stay involved through the settling-in period and assist with renewals, transfers, and any follow-up needs.
Three things we do not compromise on.
Most of our best placements started with a 20-minute conversation. No commitment required. Just a real discussion about what your household actually needs.
